Welcome to WalletBee.

WalletBee is a personal expense-management application developed and published by Vidhan Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your use of the WalletBee mobile application and website.

By downloading, installing, or using WalletBee, you agree to these Terms.

1. About WalletBee

WalletBee helps users record and manage personal income, expenses, categories, budgets, reports, and transaction history.

WalletBee is intended only for personal expense tracking and financial record management.

WalletBee does not provide banking, payment processing, loans, credit, investment, insurance, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into WalletBee and for maintaining the security of your device.

You should review your transaction records, budgets, and reports before making financial decisions. WalletBee calculations and reports are provided for general personal record-keeping purposes only.

3. Data Storage and Google Drive Backup

WalletBee stores your expense information on your device.

WalletBee may also provide an optional Google Drive Backup feature. When you choose to use this feature, WalletBee stores and restores WalletBee backup data in a private application-specific area of your selected Google Drive account.

Google Drive Backup is optional. You are responsible for choosing the Google account used for backup and for keeping access to that account secure.

WalletBee does not access, read, modify, or share your other Google Drive files.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use WalletBee for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

• Attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.

• Use WalletBee in a way that could harm other users, Google services, or Vidhan Technologies.

• Misrepresent WalletBee as a banking, payment, investment, or financial-advisory service.

5. App Updates and Changes

WalletBee may be updated from time to time to improve performance, fix issues, add features, or comply with platform requirements.

Some features may be changed, improved, or removed when necessary.

6. Availability

We aim to keep WalletBee available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device and Android version.

Features that depend on Google services, internet connectivity, or third-party platforms may be temporarily unavailable.

7. Disclaimer

WalletBee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Vidhan Technologies does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of reports, calculations, backup services, or any information displayed in WalletBee.

You should maintain your own backup of important financial records where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidhan Technologies will not be responsible for any loss of data, financial loss, device issue, indirect damage, or loss arising from the use of, inability to use, backup, restore, or update of WalletBee.

9. Privacy

Your use of WalletBee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be available on this page, along with the revised “Last updated” date.

By continuing to use WalletBee after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
